By submitting payment information, you authorize Alpine Trail Co. and Shopify to process the transaction for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Custom Fabrication and Fitment

Custom, CNC-cut, or vehicle-specific items are fabricated based on the information and specifications provided by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.
Alpine Trail Co. is not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer information.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are subject to our Refund and Return Policy, available at the link provided in the footer of this website.
By purchasing from Alpine Trail Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. While we strive to meet all quoted lead times, delays may occur due to material shortages, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Once a product has been shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Alpine Trail Co. assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

All products are sold as is, without any express or implied warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.
Off-road use, modification, or improper installation can void any applicable warranty.
