Refund policy

At Alpine Trail Co., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work. Because most items are custom fabricated, finished, or printed to customer specifications, we maintain a clear and fair policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Non-Refundable and Custom Orders

All custom, made-to-order, or modified products are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • CNC-cut bumpers, skid plates, and brackets
  • Custom-fit or vehicle-specific MOLLE panels
  • Powder-coated or painted products
  • 3D-printed items
  • Any part that has been installed, altered, or used

Custom products cannot be resold or repurposed, which is why they are not eligible for return or refund once fabrication has started.

Standard Returns (Eligible Items Only)

Select stocked or non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and uninstalled
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • You contact us in advance with your order number and photographs of the item

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee where applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

After review, we will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the product. We reserve the right to repair or replace before issuing a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and subject to non-refundable status depending on the build stage.
