Order Processing and Production
Most in-stock and standard items ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Many of our products are custom-made or built to order, and these items may require additional production time before they ship. If your order requires extra lead time, we will let you know by email.
Shipping Methods, Carriers, and Costs
Orders are shipped within the United States via a major carrier such as USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin once an order has shipped, not when it is placed. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to material shortages, carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and secure before completing your order. Alpine Trail Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Alpine Trail Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please also contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help — see our Return and Refund Policy for details.
